Return and Exchange Policy

Purchases made online can be exchanged or refunded in store, free of charge. The refund on your card is not done on site. The employee must contact the web service and then you will get a refund on your card within the following days. Please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online at our Place Vertu warehouse store.
If you do not have a store nearby: Returns to the company are at the customer's expense. For any return, you must submit a return request in your customer account ( https://account.boutiquestudiomode.com ) or by email to info@boutiquestudiomode.com
- Submit a return request
- Click on the profile icon in the store menu or click on this direct link: https://account.boutiquestudiomode.com
- Log in to your account: In the “Email” field, enter your email address, then click “Continue”.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click “Request a Return” for the order you wish to return.
- If your order includes more than one item, select the ones you wish to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store. (Optional)
- Click on "Request a return". If your return request is registered and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
- Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for web orders, however we do offer refunds for the item.
- Sale items
Please note that sale items are only eligible for in-store exchange or online credit.
- Basic and essential items
Basic and essential items may require 7-14 days shipping time!
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Product Inventory and Availability
Please note that our inventory may vary. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, we will issue a full refund for the missing item and you will receive an email.
